) is pretty good production. i've been a big fan of his ever since he went solo. very talented and surrounds himself with a lot of talent.

yes, he is one of the few people who backs up his pompousness/pretentiousness with true talent and production. i'm a big fan of his older stuff, i personally started getting a bit bored after the Brand New Day album. But i gotta give it to him, even though i dont always like the newer songs, he writes songs in dozens of different styles, and often fuses them successfully.

More of a Police fan here, but I enjoy Sting's solo work on occasion. Everything Sting has put out has been top quality, just not always my bag.
