According a posting on the MySpace page of the Grand Island, Nebraska-based singer Criss Cain (MYSERA, THE VILLAIN, BLACK ILLUSION), he is in the process of forming a "supergroup" OZZY OSBOURNE cover band called PRINCE OF DARKNESS that will feature "members of different groups on Metal Blade Records" (rumored to be members of CELLADOR).
