I am trying to complete the following form and I have to admit some of the byrokrat svenska is kind of kicking my ass. Can any native speakers read over it?

I'm particularly confused by "Senast födda tidigare gemensamma barn". Last child born of this marriage? If that's the case do they want the name of my youngest sibling?

I appreciate any help you guys can throw my way.

A, Swedish tax government , you never fail us with your so-hard-to-understand sentences to fuck us all up. Even hard for me to understand but it means the latest child that you and your partner had(before this one that you're filling the form for). Given that this child will also have the same last name as the new one.
