Symphony X to play 1 US show in May

I know how the SymX board kind of frowns on these types of threads without the "official word" of the band, but it looks pretty confirmed to me. I haven't even seen/heard it mentioned other than these 2 sites.

Not in America... Sadly bands can't tour in their own country anymore...

Can't wait to see those guys live again. They are awesome. One of my favorite bands. And I am very much looking forward to hearing the new album. I don't mind that they are taking their time. As long as it as good as the other album they have been putting out the last few years.

Not in America... Sadly bands can't tour in their own country anymore...

They'll tour America. I saw them 5 times on The Odyssey tour within an 18 month span. And don't forget the first Gigantour, which I did not go to...

Granted, they are from NJ so they may tend to play around here more frequently, but they were all over the US on The Odyssey tour.
