I've only heard "Xiled To Infinity Plus One"... which was one of the worst albums I've ever heard. Haven't heard their new one.

I've never heard of the rest of these opening bands. 7 openers seems to be a rather absurd amount.

It *is* a ridiculous number of bands, but, unfortunately, that's just the way L'Amour does business. They actually have two rooms and two stages, so it's not uncommon for them to have a slew of local bands opening. Also, you have to remember that closing time in New York is 4am, so the club wants to keep people in there drinking for as long as possible and the shows tend to run rather late.

This one I'm almost certainly going to, even if there is 4 hours worth of openers. I don't care if I get made fun of for being young at the concert, I'm getting to see my favorite band play a full set.

This is awesome.. to bad i'm in SE mass.. i wonder how long a drive it would be..doesnt matter, i'm going no matter what.. It says u have to be 18 to get in? Is that just bs, or what?

Im in Nashua , NH which borders Tyngsboro MA, and its a 4 hr 45 min trip for me to get to Lamours. Ive seen SX twice there now.

In case you all haven't seen this in other threads, these shows are NOT confirmed. The only show confirmed right now is the Halford opening date at Lamours on the 28th of this month. NJ Metalfest, Montreal and the other Lamours shows are 100% not confirmed to be happening by the label/band. If anything changes you will see it here.
