Wikipedia said:In 1999, Craig became sharply critical of U.S. President Bill Clinton for his sex incident with a White House intern. Speaking on NBC's Meet The Press, Craig told Tim Russert: "The American people already know that Bill Clinton is a bad boy - a naughty boy. I’m going to speak out for the citizens of my state, who in the majority think that Bill Clinton is probably even a nasty, bad, naughty boy.”
I think it has more to do with the fact that he's an elected official and plead guilty to a charge. But obviously him being a fag is probably what gets most people's goats.
he was looking through the slits in the door for someone to sit next to.
if you had a kid say... 12 years old. and he was in the bathroom taking a shit and a fucking old gay bastard was peeking through the door looking at him for minutes then would offer sex. how would you feel
fuck gramur!
I also find it peculiar that its always a Republican who get busted doing gay shit.
He was actually propositioning for prostitution. The gayness did not matter in the charge. I'm glad he's going down for being such a hypocrite. So, I guess I'm not clear on what he exactly he did, but as far as I can tell, he went into a bathroom and tried to get sex from another man.
Uh... so? If he had tried to get sex from a woman would people care as much? "Lewd behavior". That should be the extent of it, and as far as I know, that's a nothing crime. But, because he's apparently gay, it's this whole big deal now and everyone wants him to resign and shit.
Maybe there's something else about Larry Craig that makes this worse, but I don't know anything about him. Until someone tells me that "well the undercover cop he tried to get sex from was a nine year old cub scout" or something... it just seems that the guy is in trouble for being gay.
Barney Frank, from my home stateYeah, there are a few openly gay members of Congress.
he makes a lot of money why would he need to be a prostitiuteHe was actually propositioning for prostitution.
