People have warned me about Swayzes. But I really do want to go to this show on April 5th.

Dysrhythmia, Psyopus, and Behold...The Arctopus

swayzes is a freakin meat market.
they opened one in Tuscaloosa with no bathroom or passes out. room is 16 x40 no lights but what the band brings. the peopel that own them are dumbasses too.
but go see the bands THEN bitch to the forum....lol

Yeah if the bands are good then it's not a bad night at all. Yeah it's low brow, but I blame that on the scene in general. There aren't that many places to play around the city. That's why you will see us branching out a bit this year.

I want to go to this show, but I can't see Behold...the Arctopus or Dysrhytmia being very exciting live, although I love their music. Psyopus should be fantastic though.

Although they're not tech-metal, I'm really looking forward to the Satyricon/3 Inches of Blood/Daath show in April as well.

I thought 3IoB were pretty good, opening for CoF. I can see now why they were chosen as an opener. Daath should be good and I like Satyricon a lot.

BTW, we looked for y'all after the show. We went back by the buses and hung out for a while, and then most of the 3 bands -- notably excepting Dani and Sara -- walked over to Fado (Irish pub). We almost followed but we were hungry. :D
