I did think that parts of the solo for the Legacy seemed a little rushed.Maybe not rushed exactly but filled in with more notes instead of slow bends.I like both though.
Hell yeah new dvd!!
I have an old SG knock off my first guitar I got it for free I don't play it much anymore because the pickups are only good for clean the distortion on it is kind of 70's sounding also you can't really squawk on it.I have a Gibson less Paul that I bought and keep tuned to C it was not very expensive but the pick ups sound great and squawks all over.I have a cheap acoustic that my friend got me for xmas I don't play it much either because it is a mid size and sounds tinny but it does have a built in tuner and equalizer.I have a fretless 4 string Rogue bass also an xmas gift. And my pride and joy which I use all the time is an Aria pro 2 Inazuma from sometime in the 90's that has a double locking Trem.It belonged to my best friend who was killed in an accident coming up on 11 years ago,I also have his 5 string fretless Ibanez bass that his sister recently gave me.The Aria is really good although one day I would like to up date the pick ups.I am currently saving for a guitar with a double locking trem but one that also has a big enough cut out around the bridge so that I can do (trilling) like Vai.That is when you flick the whammy bar and it makes that purring sound.I love that sound!I would probably get either an Ibanez or an Esp..although a V with a double locking trem and the cut out would be my first choice. But things keep getting in my way and I can't really complain about the Aria pro it is solid.I think I would be lost without it.
