Testament - The Dark Roots of Earth

I'm looking forward to this and hoping it's better than Formation. I liked that album, I just think they can do better. Chuck has been saying repeatedly in interviews that there are songs on the new album that "don't require you to be a metalhead to enjoy." So that sounds interesting and I'm curious to hear and see what exactly he means by that.

As far as Hoglan is concerned, if he joins Testament full-time he'd probably have to quit Fear Factory. That would kinda suck considering Mechanize was a fucking beast of an album. But I do think he'd be more successful in Testament and he's got more history with those guys, etc. But FF has a new album coming out too so I'm sure it's all up in air. There's a lot of shit happening thrash-musicwise in the Spring of this year that I can't wait to either see, hear, or find out about.
