Tetanus shot or no?

So the other night we decided to go explore the storm drain system underneath the city here. Was pretty epic, but I tore up my hands something awful and something about huge open wounds in a rusty dirty ass storm drain for an extended period of time just kind of rubs me the wrong way.

Get tetanus shot or save $50 and risk it? I cleaned them out as soon as we got out and I have been putting antibiotics on it ever since.
