It's a MacTarnahan's, and it's very good! You need to try a Speakeasy Big Daddy IPA, it's the best around. Even better than Stone, no matter how awesome their IPA may be (and it is).

The strongest I've had is a Marin County White Knuckle DOUBLE IPA, it is UNBELIEVABLY hoppy. My buddy and I got some big bottles one night and were straight babbling after just one each. Good stuff!

LOL...they will do you in quickly, that's for sure! DOUBLE IPA, godamnit...I'm puckering up just thinking about it. I'll go to the Liquor Warehouse/Outlet near my work tomorrow and see if they have any MacTarnahan's.
