It's actually blocked outside North America. You can use a proxy to bypass that block:

1) Go to http://www.anonproxy.ca
2) Copypaste the youtube url to the field, http://www.juutube.com/watch?v=L8CtWUY7nvg (change the youtube text, I just put it so that the forum won't display the embedded video)
3) Uncheck the "Remove clientside scripts... Javascript"
4) And click Browse!

Should work now

I don't think that these are by the same guy that did Creed Shreds and Nickelback Shreds. Those are the best by far.

Correct, the Kiss and Stones vids are by the Finnish dude credited with creating the original "_____ Shreds" series two or three years ago, while the Creed and Nickelback ones were made my a different guy last year.
