Well they kinda created their own unique sound, called Splatterrock. I used to be a huge fan, they were big around these parts since they were from Seattle they could scare the grunge bands to death.
Myself, I think they play (played) a mix of punk/hardcore and thrash, with a really screechy singer. I used to like them quite a bit when I was into my hardcore period...
Its nice to see bands like this stand the test of time.I witnessed one of there shows back in the late 80's,they were full of energy and very tight.
Raw hardcore/thrash metal.
I always considered these guys Crossover, and always felt that was the General consensus. But who knows, there is always someone out there to argue genre classifications.
