The Agony Scene

I've heard one song by The Agony Scene on the satellite metal station, and it sounded pretty cool. Anybody know anything about this band, and is the cd any good?

First things first, they are a christian band. If that pisses you off, you probably suck as they are a fairly good band. A bit unoriginal, but still enjoyable. They play a mix of At the Gates style melododeath and death metal influenced metalcore a la Zao. They are definitely very heavy and melodic. Interesting cover of Paint it Black...

they were really cool when i saw em with extol. they got a metalcore thing going, the metal being swedish influenced. the only thing some people bitch about are the really high vocals and the bass players stage mannerisms. he looks like a gay chicken. he is always wiggling his tounge and smelling the guitar players hair. the guitar players both look like dani filth hahaha

Yea that was strange. They were good though. I ended up buying their CD at the show. I Later bought As I Lay Dying's CD Frail Words Collapse.
