I just checked in and was handed a flyer that said in big bold print that outside food and drinks are not allowed in the courtyard. Does anyone know know if this is a new policy or just a little-enforced one?

It's always been a policy at the Artmore; just loosely enforced. Don't fret. Basically, while the Artmore bar is open, no outside drinks are allowed in the Courtyard.
