Did anyone see Jim Edmonds catch in Centerfield? Jesus, that was amazing. The guy is flat out the best centerfielder ever- especially becuase he is not all that fast, but gets the best jump on the ball of any centerfielder I have ever seen.

unfortunately I saw it. He saved at least 1 run, and possibly 2 runs with that catch. asshole.

Athletically he is much better. But Edmonds is like a master painter out there. He does more with less. If he had Beltrans athletic ability, it would be absolutely ridiculous how good he would be. Actually Eric Davis in his prime was like Beltran and Edmonds put together. Of course I am from Cincy, and used to watch him every day. But he was damn good.
