something occured to me while listing to some of my absolute favorite albums i own, and the best albums from my favorite bands.
this was, that it seems each best album the band made all seemed to have some killer insturmental track that fit nicly into the works of the album... (master of puppets has the epic orion that works so well, Death has the spactacular and unexpected track Cosmic Sea (from Human))
so i got to thinking, the gathing is certanly one of my favorite' albums, i allways keep it at the top of my cd' stack hell i play it more then metallica so why doesnt it have an insturmental song.... Ah it did, it just got left off!
this kinda urks me, and while i know testament either left it off for some good reason, or some editor some where decided to chop it or what not.... but still i wish it was on the offical (us verson) of the cd...
i thought Hammer of the gods allways provided some kind of closure to the album that was very uplifting in a way to the apocalptic album (after sipledome had fallen and all the world was lost... as if god's hammer was ready to start making something new... )
anyone know why its only on the japanese version?
(am i the only one who thinks that song just rules and shouldnt be left off?)
and i really hope that on the next album nothing will get left off...
