The Hangover

I saw it via non official sources, although I'll definitely go see it when it hits here.

Ebert was creaming his pants about it, and that's unusual for this genre. He's right though, it's really, really fucking good. It's just constantly funny.

I recommend the nuts out of it.

Movie was excellent. Zack Galifianakis really made the movie though... anyone else in the roll, don't think I would have liked it so much.

Not a comedy fan. It's rare that I'll see a comedy movie that I'll actually enjoy. I don't even bother with any of the comedy movies that are released these days. I'll be told "The Hangover" was a good movie but will probably just skip out on it and go see Angels & Demons. I'll go see Angels & Demons once I am done with the book, and so far the book rules. I really hope the movie is just as good but as they say, "You can shit in one hand and hope in the other and see which one fills up first".

The movie is a disjointed, thrown-together piece of shit, and that's being relatively kind about it. (Angels and Demons).

It's not just me, I think the movie was pretty generally badmouthed by just about everyone, ever. To be honest, it wasn't even mindless entertainment, it was just terrible.

That said though, one can hardly objectify opinion, even if there is enormous consensus, and so maybe you'll like it. :)

I'll probably just save my money and watch it via internet then. Save me $7 and if I like it I'll end up buying it.
