Forever sever
I cannot begin to describe
This light I see without eyes
It sets a stage for a macabre play
With puppets and silhouettes all affray
Don't be shy, I know you inside
Lavish entrance, a facade of grace
Decorated with star-struck eyes
And night bred cries
Classical dreamscape in the distance
Surreal forests that never sleep all along the way
To stone spires and towers that fail to sway
And what sights that come and go could be better?
This setting for our play proves flawless
Over shadowing everyone else's mess
Dawn's sky stained with Sun's venom
Adds the only color to this dark sin
Even candle flames against the dark can't win
High above in this setting we challenge the laws of a God
Obeying the instincts of the ones within our minds
So as I exit, I clutch my spiritual finds
Forever never
I wish for this night to never end
