The new BLS came out today and I have to say that I am hella impressed. There, you see, I haven't been inspired to use the word hella in aeons.

Seriously, the dude is way underrated as a songwriter....

I only have the first BLS, and I thought it was very good. Zakk Wylde is one of my all-time favorite guitarists.

The other day I found my Zakk Wylde signature guitar pick for Ozzy Osbourne from the No Rest for the Wicked tour. I forgot I even had this! I still think that is Zakk's best Ozzy album too!

Man, he churns out BLS albums like there's no tomorrow.

It seems like everytime I put on a cd that band has a new album coming out. I've been listening to "The Blessed Hellride" for about 3 days and now this. Time to add another to the list.

It's predominantly acoustic, and again, the guy just has music pouring out of him.

The song "Layne" for the obvious person is quite choice.

This new album is definitely one of his finest moments as a songwriter.

I got this album today and it is indeed beautiful. Right now "Queen of Sorrow" is my favorite but I've yet to explore most of the album. There is definately something special about this record though.

I'm really enjoying "House Of Doom." "Layne" is also very cool.

His vocals keep getting better and better.
