Finally justice has prevailed. That bunch of ignorant morons are now without a gathering place. I've been there and believe me, 90% of them are not people you'd like to be associated with. In fact, I think I was indirectly responsible for it closing. After being absent for months I posted a thread about Marcel Jacob's death. Most eager Yngwie fans have heard of him. Well, the response to the thread was so overwhelmingly brutal and filled with negative energy that it prompted Mikael himself to react. And I think that might have led him to close the forum. Good deed Mike!

What a shame! They're one of my favorite bands and are literally responsible for broadening my musical taste by many orders of magnitude.

I'm beyond nervous for SX's next one. It will make or break them, not commercially, but artistically definitely. I'm like you at this point but with SX and Fates Warning.

someone started a thread about Face of melinda techno remix, one of the worst threads ever... two days later, another guy started a thread about Marcel Jacob's death, a bunch of trolls showed no respect, and even when Mike asked them to stop and banned a couple of em, they came again with new accounts and mocked Mike, which lead to closing the shit down.
the new one is way better IMO
