The origins of grindcore

Grind is better than a lot of the other more popular types of metal. For example, all that melody infested Swedish metal blows these days.

I was trying to be unbiased, but that made absolutely no sense at all.

Isn't grindcore the suckiest genre ever?
There was a time when I thought so too, but it isn't. I went to a Napalm Death concert in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, last month together with a person who doesn't listen to any metal at all and he liked the music and it's energy very much.

Repulsion, Carcass, Napalm death, Nasum, Brutal truth, Exit-13 and Pig Destroyer are the only grind bands I like. But like exactly zero gothic metal bands so I guess you could say that is the suckiest sub-genre ever (if it even is one). Oh and grind isn't metal. :)

That made a lot of sense. I am allergic against Swedish "metal" too.
Are you not a fan of melodic music in general, or just displeased with the stagnation in the Swedish melodeath scene as of late?
