The re-release remaster not done!

With all these remastered CDs that have extra trax etc,i've been wondering why they've not done anything with "The Eagle Has Landed" Live album. Surely with the extra capacity of CDs they could re-release Eagle in the form that the original release was supposed to be...ie longer? Its a CLASSIC live album;an expanded edition would be great.

I've been informed its been done! Once again it seems the bootlegers have beaten the record companies to supplying what the fans really want. Now ive got to track it down....

A lot of the tracks that didn't make it can be found on the Wheels/Strong Arm double pack.
Would be nice to have the lot on one disc though.

Yeah, i've got the 2 albums w/extras. I'd even thought about adding the live trax to the main Eagle album on cdr myself ;-)
They do repeat some of the trax that were already on the Eagle album anyway.
From what i can make out,combining the two, its still short by Bands played on,Play it Loud & Midnight Rider . I could never understand how they missed off Dallas 1pm on the Eagle album!

Back to the Wheels/Strong arm double Cd , anyone know where the live version of Judgement day comes from?

There is a live version of judgement day on the B-Side of Suzie Hold On. It was recorded on tour in 1979.
