I'm just curious about how the songwriting process went for the new album: were all of the songs composed after you recorded AWD, or did you use some older stuff that didn't make it onto AWD as well? And were there any songs that you finished just shortly before the recordings or was everything completed long before you entered the studio?
Maybe I can sort out some of you questions. All the songs were done after we got home from Denmark (where we recorded 'A World Depraved) i.e. after March 2002. I guess all of them were done by the end of 2002. The only old one, a leftover from the AWD session, was 'Nocturnal' which we though were to good to be 'thrown away'... Nocturnal will be one of the bonus tracks on the Japanese version of 'PIB'. As i said all music was done in 2002 but some of the vocal lines were done in 2003
And to enlighten you even further: Yes, we have already some new songs!!!
