Of couse Mr. Rupert Neve had to be involved. Gosh, he is on almost everything on this industry. I didn't knew he designed the ISA
I did, but I don't remember how I knew that honestly. I definitely didn't know he was apart of focusrite though, for some reason I just thought he was an engineer for them or something.

man...focusrite is doing some massive marketing right now!! did you guys see the video of CLA saying he uses their AD/DA coverters??
I use the ISA 110's all the time, and they are great...but never never like a Neve.
That console ABC mix buses is pretty cool, but SSL 9k's have ABCD...so...yeah.

Re the RedNet CLA thing, I found it really funny that for the end section where he is doing the mix, he is using his Sony multi. (meter bridge above the SSL meter bridge)
CLA is the Zakk Wylde of engineers, always looking for endorsements to cash in on.

The only device I'm using by Focusrite is the ISA one, and I think that thing is a great bang for the buck. It has a clarity to it that I cannot get from my profire 2626 preamps, and the features like semi-variable impedance and a good built in DI make it very attractive for that budget.
Yeah I'm still gasing for the ISA one. Someone was dumping one for $300. I didn't have $300.
Gah.

I watched this the other day. Such a cool little documentary. I like my ISA One a lot, however I'm starting to look into a LA610
