ok so heres the dilema. you just spent your last £15 on a busker, prostitute, Mc Donalds, a sheep (only applies for the Welsh) and doog biscuits for dinner. and now you can only afford one of the two new opeth cds (cue strange organ music) so which do you buy first before you go out busking to get money for the other?

oh and theres no fucking cop out here where you can say i'll get them both at the same time bla bla bla bullshit!!!
 
She likes Opeth? You don't steal her CDs, you marry that woman.

I picked the heavy CD. It's a tough choice and could change at any moment, but right now what I want is some music that will beat me up and steal my shoes.

i picked clean even though i'd prefer the growls, only because its something they havent done before. anyway at this moment in time id just like to point out how i said way back in May/June (7 months ago!!!) that Opeth should do a clean vocals side project and many of you said stuff like fuck you never would that happen, anyway id just like to shove that back in your faces :mad: :D

yep id also say Tottenham suporters too. i love seeing the bastards lose. what team do you support by the way rustymetal? (id guess at Nottingham Forest :err:, hold the record for most games without defeat i think, and the following season the most games without a win :lol: sorry, had to laugh)
 
oh fucking come on!!!! just fucking vote for slipknot then, since this forum has started theres always been people saying oh oh oh mummy i need to hold your hand as i cant choose. we all cant choose, yes its difficult, but just vote for one of the 3. take a leap for once in your life (note that take a leap doesnt mean jump of a building as you cant decide)

Tough, but I'd have to pick growls. Although his clean vocals are quite impressive, I think its Mikael's growls that put him far above the other vocalists out there (his ability to do both so well does this also).
 
growls for me.. is that concerning just Opeth or metal in general? I don't like all kinds of growls.. but I don't like all kinds of clean vocals either.. I think I'd go for growls anyway
 
I had to pick growls but I agree with Belial that the growls are the yin and clean yang. But I don't think that I could live without opeth growls :p
