The Wake - Nightingale Chords/Tab Request

Im wondering if anybody (Dag) has the chords or the tab for The Wake from the Invisible album.

I guessing is in a normal tune.

"The wake" is a Dan song and he plays most of the "odd" chords and i haven´t played the song in 4-5 years so i don´t remember it very well
But the tuning is normal, tuned down one step to Eb
