How many are fans of The Who? Since last year I have discovered how great they were. Almost everyone knows about Who's Next and Tommy, but I find it odd that two of their other albums--Quadrophenia and The Who Sell Out--totally blow those two out of the water.
Anyway, The Who are a great band all around. Keith Moon was one--if not the--best rock drummers. Entwistle was an amazing bassist, one of my favs up there with Roger Waters and Geddy Lee. Pete Townsend was a lyrical genius IMO, and a good guitar player to boot. And of course, Daltrey had a good voice.
