Thee Orakle are a Portuguese metal band that since April 2007 were promoting their first EP "Secret" with six themes and a radio edit.
In the mid while we had the chance of being the band of opening act to Orphaned Land (ISR) in both dates in Portugal. We went to our neighbour country Spain for two shows and it was just amazing, Spanish fans are very friendly and support us a lot.

At the same time we kept ourself occupied, creating new material that complete a début full-length album going to studio this 2008 Summer!So we are searching for a record label and foreign festivals that works with us on this project!

You can ear in our Space four songs of our EP "Secret"...We hope you enjoy!

The mixture and consequent mastering of the 1st album of Thee Orakle are finished now.
The UltraSound Studios in Braga (Portugal) was the location, of this treatment with the recordings phase having been registered between August and September with the Producer Daniel Cardoso and the co-production of Peter Mendes.
Metaphortime is the title of this full-length of the beyond the mountains band, when his publication predicted for the first term of 2009.

THEE ORAKLE’S ALBUM PRE-PRODUCTION

After ending the creative phase Thee Orakle are going to begin now the pre-production of their first album. This one is going to have a lyric ambience a story to tell and the instrumental part will sound Progressive Death/Doom, demonstrated of ten new songs that will complete the cd.
The final recordings are already booked to August 18th. on UltraSoundStudios in Braga, with Daniel Cardoso as band producer.
Is not known yet if this work, still without a title, will have a label our an independent edition. Most certain is the presence of Daniel Almeida as the new bass player for Thee Orakle, as he played already on the last shows as well as special guests collaborations that will be announced at proper time.

NEWS:

After some quiet time caused by the dedicated rehearsels to the future gigs and to the time spend negotiating the future of the debut album, the band realised now it's the time to let show something more of which will be "Metaphortime"!

Being so, in the near Friday day 12 of December, there will be put in the Myspace of the band (http://www.myspace.com/theeorakle) the future album art cover, which work was in charge of Phobos Anomaly Design and a sample with pieces of several tracks that are in the album produced by Daniel Cardoso in the UltraSoundStudios in Braga-Portugal.
