Well my parents want me to have a strictly christian upbringing so i try to find as much good christian metal as i can, and i found a band called Theocracy A.D. and i read that they are a christian band and one or all of the members were formerly in bloodbath, im confused

Well....Bloodbath isn`t a very original name. A few other bands have/had the same name.

And...my parents told me to do and believe in whatever I want.

Why don't you tell your parents you can't call yourself a christian without knowing what the alternatives are? If you only go by your parents ideas and ideals you'll be nothing more than a fucking puppet. Stand up for yourself and explore a bit, I promise Bloodbath won't make you a psycho killer or turn you into a satanic freak (unless you really want it to of course, but I guess that's up to you and your (feeble?) mind).

i have looked into other religions, and christianity looked the most promising to me. I still listen to bloodbath, i just was curious if they had anything to do with Theocracy A.D.

Sound like you have looked into diffrent books to decide what book you shall live after. Sounds very "I`m to tired to think for myself".

lal...I dont read books, I dont live by "the book" or any other book. Books dont teach me anything...only manuals and descriptions and then later on do it in practice. God is just a fantasy creation created deep inside by the evil lurking freaky brain we humans have. Thats it! ........the unfortunate new generation. Just cuz you read books doesn;t mean you have to live by them. Take from them what you need. Without the stigma thats been put on it, try finding a passage in the New Testament that promotes evil. What you're negating is the stupid fundamentalist INTERPRETATION of the bible. I bet you never read a passage with an open mind. Not trying to preach, but people like glen benton and gorgoroth piss me off cuz they generalize christianity to some of the extreme freaks that practice it, not it's actual values. I dont care if people are athiest, but i hate people who are athiest without knowing why or looking at both sides (again, read CS Lewis). The same has happend to muslims: just cuz people hear about the 1 muslim out of a million that is a religious terrorist, they generalize all muslims to be horrible people. I call those people, as well as alomost any anti-christian band, bigots. I might like their music, but i dont care for their lyrics.
