Thinking about Getting Ripped, Need Advice from people with Jacked Muscle Fibers

I've become quite "ripped" as they call it. P90x was my vice. Gotta remember though Diet is 80% of a workout.

I work on upper muscles one day, then lower body muscle the next day (so the muscle can have some time to recover) with 3 sets of 10.

If you're motivated and dedicated, find an MMA or Boxing gym and train there. There is nothing like a Boxing workout...it's tough as hell but fun and addicting. Same with a Muay Thai workout...I've been training in MT for about 2 months with boxing workouts mixed in, and an intense 30 minute abs class two days a week while watching my diet and I'm in the best shape of my life.
