Results that i have a small hernia... now the fucke up part Im 19 years old and my medical just got cancel in the beginning of August..... has any one had an hernia.. is Surgery the only way of treatment?

Hernia? We are talking your abdomen, correct?

If so, I believe that they go in through your bellybutton and fix it that way... so yes. I believe this is the only way it can be fixed...

It depends on where it is.. some hernias can be treated by wearing a corset, but 99% of the cases it requires surgery.

The one I had at about your age was surgery only.

Needless to say, I've learned to breath when lifting and ask for help if it's just not worth bull dogging it around.
