Yeah I'm stuck on Level 10 too... I've got all but 1 light bulb lit up... but I'm giving up now cos I'm off to see Judas Priest. Level 10 will be mine... oh yes... it will be mine!!

Level 11.
Use a mirror to get the very first light, then straight after use the refractor to get you through the gap in the first wall.
Use another mirror to shoot the laser down and to the right of screen which should get another 2 lights.
Next is the splitter.. and I'm sure you can get the rest.
