Right, so do these dudes reinvent themselves with every album? I'm listening to Blast Tyrant for the first time right now, which sounds completely different than the s/t, which itself sounded completely different than Robot Hive / Exodus. The only real close similarity I see are the hysterical and awesome lyrics. Oh, and the absolutely KILLER music. I love how the production is so different from each album, but they really do modify their style at the same time which is mighty nifty.

So yeah, or something, and stuff, whatever, the fuck?, what it is, boobs, car repair, fat guy robbing supermarkets, unrepentant skinnydipping, molotov cocktails, John Denver on compact disc.

That one doesn't count. Why I'm not sure, but I searched for it, saw it, and thought "that one doesn't count."

Clutch rules. Dude, you still need Elephant Riders and Pure Rock Fury.

Jam Room is the Clutch guys just kinda fucking around in the studio. You should dig on that one.

yes, after a couple of times of you talking up Elephant Riders, I went and picked it up and I am completely sold on that album nowadays. Just never thought so much of it before because it didn't click with me right away when it first came out.

Blast Tyrant is KICKASS, 'nuff said.

it's great and all, but it pretty much keeps the same sound from start to finish. This works to it's advantage in the rocking out factor, but I miss the variety of their other works. It's a great driving album! and catchy as hell.

(but Burning Beard is their best song)

yeah it's alright. If it wasn't about Beards though, I don't know if I'd still rank it as such a great tune :/

LIKE MARLON BRANDO, BUT BIGGAH!!!

I think Rock n' Roll Outlaw is my favorite Clutch song right now, but there's no denying the god damn near perfection that is EVERYTHING on Robot Hive / Exodus. Up the beards! [/Chromie]
