This is a fucking disgrace!!!

I'm stunned!!!!!!!!! I just cannot believe this happened. Well, acutally I can. WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE!!! Our right to own property has just been taken away! But, GO ahead just keep watching and talking about your retarded American Idol and Desperate Housewives. Thats much more important than the fate of your country. The United STATES of America will now be renamed The Federal Government of America.

Stalin? You want me to do what? Move? That is less than my property is worth though.

I can only hope my propasal to seceded from the Union will suceed and all of you can suffer even though you have better grammer and spelling than I do, I will be a tyrant that the UN will help protect with vast oil reserves American hippies wont let us drill for. When I am dictator we will drill, but If you own property unless there is sufficient public need it belongs to you and if private land is taken you will be compensated up to 2 times the value of the land.

When I become dictator.

From the way I hear it , a recent poll of opinions said that 94% of people asked are not happy about this... It will change

And .00001% are willing to do something about it and that's why America is being sold out. No one protests.

Bullshit. Since the war began, people across the street from my work have been protesting every Thursday and Friday. I even have to admit that it is damn annoying. People will have signs that say "We are all prisoners of war" and that pisses me off because I think it's fucking disrespectful to say something like that when it's the furthest thing from the truth. I don't have shackles on me, I can freely move about. If I was a former veteran who was a POW at one time or another and I saw some hippie sack of shit holding a sign like that, it would make me want to choke them out.

Agreed.

We've had this in England for years.it's called the compulsory purchase order. In my own citythis place is being bulldozed to make way for an exclusive yuppie village where a certain elite will be able to shop, dine and live without coming into contact with the proletarian oiks who have lived here all their lives. This is part of the so-called "capital of culture" namely a bunch of capitalist vultures move in until the interest runs out then when all the money is gone they move on to the next trend leaving this place full of empty abandoned buildings as it was in the 80's.

Same here in Sweden. If the city or private interests don´t buy areas they do it the classic way, let the owners and landlords neglect the aprtmentbuildings until people move out by themselves and then rebuild and let "the better" people move in.

This is nothing new. I saw this shit years ago on 20/20 hosted by the sexy Barbara Walters and Hugh Downs.

Some shitty neighbourhood on a hillside overlooking Fresno was seized bc the Richy Riches demand a view. The question was definitely ethical, for one cannot reasonably say that bulldozing a fucked-up South African shantytown and replacing it will Beverly Hills mansions is a bad thing.

Just so happens that the government is the one making this ethical nightmare to happen.

Property rights is one of the last truly American virtues, but this is the inexorable march of socialism for you, not gross mismanaged capitalism.

After all, its our government that makes this possible.

Right now, we won't see anything truly awful, but a precedence has been set. Over the next few years, local politicians will test the outer boundaries of this outrage, and we'll hear more about private property rights being flushed down the can.

Finally, our rapidly-aging capitalism will be mature enough to slide irrevocably into progressive socialism as Lenin had predicted. And, as Lenin advised, the government will have to resort to brutal force and terror to make the recalcitrant reactionary people conform to the new socialist order. Collectivizing millions of pieces of private proprty will not occur without the spilling of much blood.

But that's still a few years from now.... I wonder what's on TV tonight?
