I didn't see this movie have a thread here and this one is so classic that deserve a thread in here I think.

I don't know the blokes in here have or have not watch this one, if you don't I urge you to watch it, it's so funny. if peoples watched already let's discuss it :) let's turn the heat to 11!

Great film, very subtle. I remember whatching this a few years ago with my friends and they didn't get the humour was too realistic I guess, lol.

The two albums they put out are fun aswell.
 
Have you guys never seen FUBAR? I love Spinaltap but FUBAR takes the cake for me for a fake metal documentary, by far.

This Is Spinal Tap is one of my favorite films ever. Has anyone ever seen Best In Show? It was made by the same crew and has some of the same actors in it. Its another mockumentary, accept its about a dog show. VERY funny!

Yeh most Christopher Guest guest films are like this, have that subtle mockumentary style.
 
The first time I saw this movie, I laughed so hard at the "these go to 11" scene that I had tears in my eyes. After I finallyh regained my composer, my g/f at the time was looking at me like "WTF??".
 
I love this movie! I think it's their best one...I've seen the others and while most of them are still funny (especially Waiting For Guffman and Best In Show), they just don't compare to Spinal Tap!
