This forum has been an absolutely astounding source of information that has greatly improved my skills. However, there is always room for improvement, so Thanks in advance for your criticisms.

Give it a jam.

New to this awesome forum but by no means new to metal and recording/mixing/mastering. This is just my 2 cents but I just love it! Perfect balance IMO but if I had to pick something to whine about it would probably be the lead sound. But all in all - great job!

What would you like to hear changed about the lead sound? re-tracked? Different EQ? (more highs, more lows, more mids?) Effects? (chorus, delay, verb, flange, phase?) :D

If you think the lead is good as is, keep it! This is just me nitpicking. :D I'm sure everyone in here has their own and very personal preference about how the perfect metal lead sounds like, let's just say mine is just a few db's richer around 6k (using low to medium Q) with just a little reverb added to it.
