Thunder and Lightning: Demonicorn

The band from Berlin, Thunder and Lightning, are working on a new album called "Demonicorn" & have released album art, track listing, a new video, and launched a crowdfunding campaign.

The video, like the band, is straight up heavy metal. While they're serious about their music, they are also about having some fun & not taking themselves too seriously. Not too bad for a band who played the 2018 Metal Hammer awards in Berlin last fall along with Night Demon and Dirkschneider.

Update: The crowdfunding was a success, and the new album has already been released to those who contributed to the crowdfunding campaign.

I have heard this album & I can tell you its pretty darn good. There is no prog at all. Its just straight up heavy metal. Their style has been fairly consistent through the years, and so if you liked their past albums then you'll like this one.

The new album will be available on November 22 on Bandcamp (and probably other places).
