I think they cut off an extremely important part of that quotation. I've seen it as "having complete over 40 full-length albums worth of material" or something similar and from all the home recording I know Toby did over the past 15 years I believe that's true. it doesn't mean he has 40 albums ready to go, though (and the Spoonion stuff he posted, while not all of the Spoonion stuff he did, surely constitutes at least several albums' worth of material).
