Tom Jones's new album ("Praise and Blame") just bumped Orphaned Land off my mp3 player. He's recorded an album of gospel/blues, with just vox, drums, bass and guitar -- all meat, no cheese. This album totally rocks! Highly recommended to blues and roots rock fans.





I'm still trying to envision how this touring band will handle his old hits without a horn section and female backup singers...

I saw Tom Jones in concert a year or so ago, when he was promoting his "24 Hours" cd. The dude was amazing....he's got an amazing set of pipes for his age. Great entertainer.
