WTF? After one album he's leaving? What is it with these Scandinavians that they stay with certain bands for an album or two and then leave? Damnit, Tomas. First At the Gates (I know he didn't leave, it was a mutual split) and now The Crown. Fuck

well...there are so many bands and albums that have tomas vocals...
I somehow begin to like Johan's vocals better because they were somehow more unique...there was more diversity - that's at least what I think. so tomas departure also has it's advantages...change and diversity is (almost) always good, so I'm not that worried.
magnus even stated in an interview that was done a month (or something) ago, that they wouldn't hesistate to split with tomas if he couldn't commit enough time. the crown is a strong band...I'm already looking forward to the new singer. (the guys themselves have such high quality standards that they WILL find a vocalist that is absolutely amazing)

That DOES suck! 'Crowned in Terror' is one of my absolute favorite albums of recent years. But, since there's nothing I can do about it, I'll just trust that the band will find another awesome replacement! I also think I read somewhere that Tomas has ANOTHER band lined up already. Am I right?

it fucking sucks
I don't like old things by the crown
I simply loved crowned in terror and the great deceiver is not that good
jet black art is just ok and the new album is kinda weak
damn you tomas!
I still think you rule by the way
hehe

Yeah, from the song Foul Taste of Freedom

I must say that I bought that Crown cd and wasn't impressed at all, good guitar playing but the song writing could have been 100 X's better.
