Tommy Lee and fiancée Mayte Garcia drew a lot of stares on Nov. 30 at Les Deux Cafes in Los Angeles when it became apparent that Mayte was sporting with a huge shiner, US weekly magazine has reported. "She had cover-up on her left eye, but you could easily see she had a big black eye," a witness revealed.

If not, why not? That would be "big news" for the media....

First thing to remember here is, the media is usually full of
shit.
Second thing to remember is, the media wants Tommy Lee to
be violent.
Third, He was convicted and served his time for when he hit
Pam and I'll tell you this, He was pushed and provoked.
I'd bet Money Pamela Anderson has a big-shit-talking mouth.
I'm not condoning or excusing his behavior but Tommy was
pushed. Any man can be pushed to some kind of limit.

Fourth, "a witness" is not a name, therefore I'd give it jackshit
credibility.
In this country, innocent until proven guilty.

I agree with the Officer. Tommy has been fucked over by the media on more than one occasion...so why would we believe them now?? They're all a bunch of lying jack-asses in my opinion...just ask Tony Stewart about the media and what they can do to your credibility....pretty sad!
