Tone test - maybe a little too fizzy

I reamped a track for this band today, I tracked bass and programmed the drums (both of which are not final yet) but I am worried about the guitar tone. It sounded decent o me, then I came back 4 hours later, listened, and it just seems weak to me... It seems a bit too grainy and fizzy, lacking any punch. I think a lot of it had to do with their playing. They didn't pick hard and the strings they used felt like noodles. They were brand new strings though.

Dude, you think this is fizzy? Sounds insanely muffled to me me, I'd get that 57 a bit closer to the cloth

I took off the low pass and boosted a little higher mid.

edit: Nevermind. I'm going to redo it. I just started A/Bing and it is really not great at all. wow. lol. More to come.

I think you're still going to need to move that mic in closer.
