Tool - Opiate info?

Anybody know any of the following regarding the drumsound on Tool's Opiate album?

• Which studio it was done at?
• Mics used on which pieces?
• Any pictures of the drum tracking session(s)?
• Any comments posted or articles with the engineers talking about it?

Etc., etc.

Got a band wanting a sound similar to that, we all know how that goes - but I'm trying really hard to oblige. We're tracking the skins at a nice place so the gear may possibly be matched up to what was used at least...

If you own the Cd - the studio should be listed in the booklet?

The mics are detailed in "Behind the Glass" book. Great read, worth buying.

For bass, I have read that he used either a Rickenbacker or an Ovation Magnum bass. I have seen videos with either used from the time period.
