I made a top 13 because i felt it was needed to get them all in:

5. Air Raid - Night of the Axe
6. Steelwing - Zone of Alienation
7. Attic - The Invocation
8. Rush - Clockwork Angels
9. Sacred Guardian - s/t
10. Angel Witch - As Above, So Below
11. Witch Mountain - Cauldron of the Wild
12. Corsair - s/t
13. Ram - Death
14. Zuul - To The Frontlines

Maybe Jess and the Ancient Ones too but I need more spins to see if it sticks. Also I still need the new Zuul CD.

I messed up my list since i dont have the Attic cd for my personal collection, so that should be on my list. Ill need to correct that.

I have one copy of the new Zuul left in my distro.

Its gonna be 14 when i add Attic in the afternoon. But i felt all those bands and albums needed a mention.

Now you make a list Bob, id be interested to see yours because i think iy will vary alot from mine.

Nice to see that all the big deal you made about Hellwell being your #1 was worthwhile.

Yea it was originally going to be but once i decided i wasnt just going to keep it strictly to metal, JD McPherson had to be number 1. And then I decided Jess and the Ancient Ones stuck with me and impressed me just a lil more, so Hellwell dropped to #3.

Oh you meant new music? The only new albums that I heard in full this year were Hellwell, Rush, Ravensire and Wrathblade. Although my memory is spotty. It's been a long year...

that Cloven Hoof - Dominator re-issue is the worst quality reissue I have ever gotten. Such a great album too. A shame.
