Hey guys,
I tracked this band (Micawber) last month and their album is releasing on Dec. 27th. I'm really proud of this and if you like some straight "old school" -ish up your ass metal, then I really hope you enjoy this as well! You can read the review and stream the entire record here:

sounds awesome. Vocals seem a little to up front for my taste but awesome none the less. Is the drumming real on that first track? Seems like George Kolias tracked it lol

sounds good man! the vocals are a bit upfront to me as well and a bit too dry sounding for my tastes but everything else is nice and punchy.

the artwork is pretty effective as in it looks disturbing. which obviously is the idea

Thanks a lot guys! I meant old school as not the death metal filled with breakdowns and slow parts like that. Maybe I should've used a different word lol. I think there are 1 or 2 breakdown type parts in the entire record ha, which was very cool and different from a lot of the bands I do. But I'm glad you guys like it! Anyone else, let me know what you think!

just to play devils advocate here......
there are plenty of "old school" death metal bands that had slow parts and breakdowns 10 to 15 years ago. unless you are talking about even more old school? Im being a pain in the ass cause the breakdowns on Dying Fetus's Destroy the Opposition blows away most modern bands. and people should know that
