Wonder where this is going without Paul O'Neill?? This was his baby. Jon writes the music, but Paul wrote the words and had the vision. Time will tell.

To be fair, it's not as if they were churning out new music left and right. His two rock operas have been "in progress" for like 10 years now..... I expect the winter tours to continue indefinitely, but much as I'd love to see some new music make it out, I have my doubts.

Atlanta gets the East group this year for the first time in a while

I wonder why there is no Nashville or Memphis dates here. I always see them when they are here. Hate they will not be coming through this year.

I agree. I thought "Labyrinths" was mediocre at best. I have been every year except 2 since their inception and, to be honest, it's getting old.

I'd actually like to see them return to Christmas Eve & Other Stories, as that was the most coherent and energetic show of them all. It's been about seven years, so perhaps they can do it on the next tour--just to break out the nostalgia.

I'd also love them to do a tour on Night Castle sometime outside of the Christmas season. They did one for Beethoven's Last Night that was awesome, and Night Castle is a fun album that would likely come across well live.

See, that's where I'll disagree. I think "Beethoven" is an exponentially better album than "Nightcastle". I was quite disappointed in it when I first heard it, and aside from a couple tracks here and there have had no desire to revisit it. I am all for a non-Xmas tour, but wouldn't be too excited if Nightcastle was the centerpiece of it.
