TREMONTI And TRIVIUM To Co-Headline 2015 'HardDrive Live' Tour

The 2015 HardDrive Live Tour, sponsored by long-running new rock radio program "HardDrive", is set to hit the road this coming September.with co-headliners TREMONTI and TRIVIUM. The 33-city tour is scheduled to kick off in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on September 9 and will run through October 20, when it will wrap up in Denver. Exclusive fan club pre-sales for both TREMONTI and TRIVIUM will be available starting Wednesday (July 24) at MarkTremonti.com and Trivium.org. Tickets for the general public will be available on Thursday (July 25) via Ticketmaster.com. TREMONTI frontman Mark Tremonti said: "We are really happy to be partnering up once again with 'HardDrive' for our upcoming U.S. tour. We are equally as excited to tour with an awesome band as co-headliner." TRIVIUM singer Matt Heafy gave The Pulse Of Radio his thoughts on the trek: "We in TRIVIUM are incredibly excited to be going on tour with TREMONTI. Stepping in for him on TRIVIUM's most recent dates was the band's drum tech, Mat Madiro. TRIVIUM's latest album, "Vengeance Falls", made Top 10 chart debuts in Japan, Australia, Germany and Austria as well as a Top 15 debut in Canada and a Top 25 debut in the United Kingdom. This marked the acclaimed metallers' second consecutive Top 15 debut in the U.S. and highest-career debuts around the globe — including a No. 2 debut in Japan. "Vengeance Falls" sold 17,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The record — which was produced by David Draiman (DISTURBED, DEVICE) — arrived in stores on October 15, 2013 via Roadrunner. TREMONTI's second album, "Cauterize", was released on June 9. "Cauterize" follows up TREMONTI's 2012 debut, "All I Was", and is the first of two new albums that TREMONTI has recorded. The second, called "Dust", will be out later this year. Although VAN HALEN bassist Wolfgang Van Halen was part of TREMONTI's touring band in 2013 and played on the new record, he is sitting out TREMONTI's tour schedule because of commitments with VAN HALEN.
