Damn good line up so far but I think a class goth metal act like Tristania would add some variety and compliment Edenbridge.

And how about our own Inkubus Sukkubus? I know they are good live.

Also, as an offbeat suggestion: Medaeval Baebes in a chill-out slot!

I'd be up for a nice bit of Tristania actually. Very much so! Them and Gamma Ray an i'm pretty much sorted for the best gig i've ever been to!

I think Inkubus Sukkubus would be somewhat out of place on the bill...

Tristania on the other hand are a band I have suggested for three years running, although these days it seems Morten's work with Sirenia pisses over anything they're capable of without him. The follow up to 'At Sixes and Sevens' shall be superb, mark my words. Seeing either band on the bill would make me extremely happy though!

Me too (although only for the last two years, 'coz I hadn't heard of them before then)

You think so? I mean, much as I like "At sixes and sevens", I think "World of glass" is probably the better album. I'm expecting the followups to both to be stunning, though, and either way, I'd love to see one of them at Bloodstock. I've suggested both to Vince, but I don't think he's listening!

Yeah, Katatonia would also be good.

I saw em at Rio's last year and despite poor sound on the night they put on a good show.

I've not actually heard much by Sirenia but I'm looking out for a CD. I like Tristania but I prefer stuff from Widow's Weeds. Okay, World of Glass was okay but seemed to lack something. Maybe it's just me!!

Still, I'd put my name to the list and give them the vote!! :D

I've got to disagree with you there. For me, 'World of Glass' proved that without Morten, Tristania are nothing. While 'At Sixes and Sevens' showcased where Tristania should have moved on to, 'World of Glass' just bored me stiff. Especially when you compare it to 'Beyond the Veil' or 'Widows Weeds'.

We're all entitled to our opinons though. :) And anyway, as long as we all want Tristania or Sirenia on the bill, it's all good. :D

There only is one album at present, 'At Sixes and Sevens', however the new album 'An Elixir for Existance' is due out later this month.

I really couldn't agree more with that statement. :)

A UK debut from either band, especiallly Tristania, is long overdue. Despite what they may think and what may be apparant on the surface, both actually have a fairly strong following over here.
