but I don't know whta i can improve. when i growl i'm trying to distort my voice as much as i can, i tryied to improve by growing louder but it turn more hardcorish

first off, when you growl, the power needs to come from your diaphragm and not your throat. You'll kinda have to figure out what works for you, because no one can tell you exactly what muscles to tense and which to loosen EXACTLY, but rule of thumb is keep your throat loose and use your diaphragm to the max.

However, this is hardly something you should put in a forum about recording, because before you get to recording you're gonna have to work on your vocals, dude.
